Memory Studies

Sorting and scrambling algorithms battling over digital memories.

This series of real-time programs writen in C++ and GLSL, meditate on the behavior of memories. Allocated memory is iteratively loaded, sorted, and blurred; during this stage of fragility it suffers progressive deterioration and corruption. Once it achieves a maximum state of order or entropy, new memories are allocated and loaded to restart the cycle again.

The work minted on September 2021 on the Tezos block chain is the culmination of research on digital memories started back on July 2018. Since then and during their multiple iterations it have been a source of inspiration for multiple other artist.
